The House By The Cemetery – DVD Review
Whenever you watch a ‘video nasty’ for the first time, there’s always a slight sense of ‘was that it?’, because today’s standards are so much higher/lower when it comes to what we’re allowed to see on screen. Lucio Fulci’s The House By The Cemetery has been available for a long time now after being banned on home video in the UK in the early 80s, and while it’s not hard to see why people might have been worried about it, it’s also hardly a menace to society.
