Tonight I’m going to watch Take That at Eastlands with my wife, which is obviously a lot more exciting for her than it is for me. Sure, it’ll be a spectacular show, but I’ve got no connection with their music and will have to listen to Robbie Williams this time too. However, it’s all made up for by the presence of Pet Shop Boys as the support act. So that’s got me thinking about other times that the support have been better than the main act.
